A licensed healthcare provider reviews a short intake form and — when appropriate — issues a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), the IRS-recognized document that makes your purchase eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

If you’re purchasing a subscription, you must complete the Truemed qualification survey the same day as your purchase. Check your order confirmation email for your unique link.

Your LMN is valid for 12 months

Once issued, your Letter of Medical Necessity remains valid for 12 months and can be used for future eligible purchases within that period — no need to requalify every time.
