The Calcium and Magnesium is configured a bit differently than most Calcium pills because of the mg. 's of calcium in each capsule. I do believe that GH calcium is probably much better being delivered, getting more calcium(all 90 mg) to the bones than the 500-1000 mg "generic" brand calcium with a Vitamin Company name on it(Costco, Sprouts, NatureMade etc).
